Healthier Drink 4 : Dry Fruits Smoothie

Hello Friends!!

I have specifically chose this topic during flu period to give some insights to the people to take care self and extended family. These Booster drink are very much useful to function the immunity in our body and fight against any type of disease. I am going to give a topic called "Healthy Drinks" which covers fresh juices,milkshakes,soups,traditional drink(Kashayam) etc., If I am going to post any of the drink in our blog will have the title "Healthy Drink".


Why Dry Fruits Smoothie ?

This Smoothie is very very rich food and can be a filling for breakfast or dinner. One glass of smoothie plus one ripen banana fills your stomach. Since it contain all type of dry fruits it is rich in proteins,vitamins,iron etc., It is also energy booster and immune booster.



Step 1: Ingredients

Dry Fruits(Cashew,Badam,Pista,Dates,Kismis etc.,) - of your choice (1 cup(all mixed) full  serves two.
Milk - 2 cups
Step 2: Making process

1. Soak the Badam,Dates in water for one hour. (each seperate)
2. Peel the Badam skin and drain water from Badam and dates.
3. Put all the ingredients in blender and pour little amount of milk. Blend it.
4. Pour all milk in intervals and blend to get the smoothie texture.
