Healthy Drink 2 - Pomegranate Shake
Hello Friends!!
Step 1: Ingredients
Pomegranate Seeds - 1 cup
Pepper balls - 3
Salt - a pinch to taste
Water - as required
Milk - optional
Sugar/Glucose - 2 spoons
Step 2: Making process
I have specifically chose this topic during flu period to give some insights to the people to take care self and extended family. These Booster drink are very much useful to function the immunity in our body and fight against any type of disease. I am going to give a topic called "Healthy Drinks" which covers fresh juices,milkshakes,soups,traditional drink(Kashayam) etc., If I am going to post any of the drink in our blog will have the title "Healthy Drink".
Why Pomegranate Shake?
Pomegranates are considered as healthiest fruit of all. It can be consumed raw which is more healthy than Juice/Shake (since we do extraction). The important medicinal property is its "Antioxidant property". It has Vitamin C content which helps boost Immune system. It has a good source of folate,potassium and Vitamin K. It also helps lower the blood pressure levels and reduce the risk of heart-attack. It helps boosts fertility as well for both.
Step 1: Ingredients
Pomegranate Seeds - 1 cup
Pepper balls - 3
Salt - a pinch to taste
Water - as required
Milk - optional
Sugar/Glucose - 2 spoons
Step 2: Making process
1. Add all the ingredients to the Mixer (except Sugar/Glucose) and Grind well.
2. Add Milk or Water of your choice to the blender while grinding.
3. Filter the extract and seperate the drink and seed extract. Throw the seed extract or you can use it in face as a mask.
PS: You can always replace the water with Milk but personally I won't do.
