Seven Day Seven Snack Receipes - Day 2 Receipe 2
Hello Friends!!
I am going to try something new in my blog by posting receipes this time to enhance your taste buds. Some are already known for you and some are new if you are new cook. All the receipes can be made at home and kids friendy receipes.Since I am also a new cook,the receipes mentioned are tried at home by me and with the help of my mom. All the receipes penned here can make within 30 minutes.
Receipe No 2:
Instant Ragi Sevai/Semiya
This receipe is my recent days favourite and can do within few minutes. My mom used to prepare this when Idli/Dosa batter is over.
Ragi Benefits:
Ragi is a whole grain and popular in South India. It is rich in fiber,Calcium,Carbohydrates and Vitamins. It is helpful for weightloss.
Below are the ingredients:
Preparation Method:
1. Take the Ragi sevai/semiya in bowl and add water to it to soak for only 5 minutes.(Don't soak too much).
2. Add pinch of salt to above mixture.
3. Take the Idli cooker plate/Idiyappam plate to scatter over it and steam it for 20 minutes in medium flame.
4. After 20 minutes take the sevai and place it in bowl.
5. Add Jaggery,grated coconut and Cardomom powder to it and mix well.
Toppings:
you can also add nuts roasted with ghee to it. Other six receipes in list and do check for preparation method. If you like this blog leave a like and share it with your friends.
