Super Delicious "Dalgano Coffee"

History of Dalgano Coffee.

It became trend during the Covid-19 Quarantine time where popular actor in Korean serial moved to Macau,tried the drink and nick named as "Dalgano" which is the resemblance to the traditional Korean sponge candy of the same name.It became viral in all of the social media platform and the best part is we can try this in our home to kill the Qarantine time. 

I too made and it came well before I think and wanted to share the same to you as well.I am sure you all gonna try this one and post the picture of yours. 

Steps to Carry out :

1. Boil the Milk and kept in Refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.

2. Take the equal proportion of Instant coffee powder,Sugar and hot water.(for example-- Instant coffee powder - 2tsp, Sugar - 2tsp, Hotwater - 2tsp ). 2tsp is enough for three to four people.

3. Beat the mixture well using whisker for 20-25 minutes (Use electric beater if you have and beat for 2-3 minutes) until it becomes thick and frothy.   

4. It becomes super delicious whipped cream like texture and there you can stop beating.   

5. Take the chilled milk (you can also put icecubes on it) and put the coffee beaten frost on top of it.See the below picture.
